About the author

Asangha Rai

A legal professional and a proud Gorkha, who writes on law, justice and literature from the vantage point of everyday practice.

A proactive yet receptive critic, he is always looking for opportunities to improve and to grow. Law and Literature is his effort to contribute to the growing dynamics of law: propositions he has dealt with in practice, opinions on issues that need more awareness, attention and elucidation, and, once in a while, some poetry to escape reality.
